每每有压力时，记得要睡觉

今天头晕晕的，所以早早就睡觉了，哪知道还有事情令我无法睡觉，结果我爬起来，满怀心事写了起来，这几天累到半死，又不够睡，本来以为今天能好好休息呢～～
有人说“ 每一天每一刻，人都是生活在压力与轻松之间，人跨过压力的界限，他就会有压力，只有站在中间的人，他每天都是过的很愉快，人也是每天都在学习如何站在压力与轻松的中间，所以从今天开始，学习如何抛弃压力，不要依赖轻松，你每天也会过的很愉快 ”

明白吗？呵呵，昨天训导老师跑来我们班骂我们，说我们纪律不好，有时候意外的，我们都不想哒，无缘无故我们就犯规了，这不是吗？我也是无缘无故就这么记小过了，但是我想说其实训导老师很仁慈，表面上看来很凶，我第一次看到他就觉得他说话很绝，不过会来我每次犯错，他都提醒我，知道我是第一次犯错，会给予警告和提醒，不像我以前学校的训导老师，说罚你就罚你，在以前的学校，老师是罚抄一大篇作文，要抄100次。那时我因为逃课被捉，和其他人一起罚抄，结果用了足足一天，站着抄，下课也没有吃饭，抄到放学才抄完，哈哈，真好笑，现在想起真可笑，其实后面几篇我都是漏抄，反正我字这么乱，训导老师也不的空看，哇哈哈哈哈～～～
